A: You can print the application from the website or stop into the office to fill one out! There is a $20 per adult application fee (money order only). Proof of income (pay stubs, bank statements, proof of assistance, etc.) needs to be attached to the application, as well as a copy of your I.D.
Q: How long does it take me to receive a decision on my application?
A: The application approval process generally takes 1-3 business days. It may take longer based on special circumstances. We will keep you updated throughout the process.
Q: How much is the security deposit? What are the move in costs?
A: The amount of the security deposit can vary from 1 to 1.5 month’s rent based on the credit check. The move in costs will include: the security deposit, first month’s rent (which may be prorated), pet fees/pet deposit, and administrative fee.
Q: What is your pet policy?
A: We do not accept cats. We do accept dogs (select breeds). There is a $250 nonrefundable pet deposit per pet. There is a $30/month dog rent (per pet). You must provide proper vet documentation for current vaccinations (including rabies and distemper) and to show that the pet is spayed/neutered.

A: Our address is 5984 Bois Ile Dr Apt #1B, Haslett, MI, 48840 - We are located on Bois Ile Dr. (which runs parallel with Okemos road, located between Lake Lansing Rd & Haslett Rd.) We are also right next door to Murphy Elementary School!
